If your audience is in-house, then the strategy is to work out a plan as to when the most convenient time it will be to educate your employees, what devices they have and what access to internet they may or may not have.

If your audience is external, the next exercise is to set up a marketing campaign to be able to drive the traffic to your website where people can consume the content they want to to learn.
